As per scheme Central Board of Secondary Education UGC NET exam will consist two papers, paper I will conduct for 100 marks and paper II 200 marks. Central Board of Secondary Education Every year conducts UGC NET exam two times in a year. UGC NET online application form filling session is going to start from 06th March 2018. Candidates UGC NET application forms must be accepted on or before last date which 05th April 2018. UGC NET 2018 Eligibility Criteria

Required Qualification – Candidates who want to appear in CBSE UGC NET 2018 exam, first of all must have Post Graduate Degree from a well recognized university with minimum 55% of marks. Final year appeared candidates in Post Graduate Degree Programme can also apply for UNGC NET exam. If candidates by any reason can’t pass the final year exam, they will disqualify from UGC NET exam.

Required Age Limit28 years is maximum age limit for candidates who will appear in UGC NET Exam. Relaxation in upper age limit will also provide you if you are belong from reserved category as 05 years relaxation is for OBC-NCL, SC, ST and PwD category candidates. 03 years of relaxation in upper age is available for LL.M. degree holder candidates.

There is no age limit in UGC NET exam for Assistant Professor Post Exam. Any age candidates can apply for Assistant Professor UGC NET exam.

Candidates can make payment of UGC NET application fee by credit/ debit card or through e-challan. In e-challan way candidates have to deposit application fee in cash mode in Syndicate/Canara/ICICI/HDFC bank.

How to Prepare for UGC NET Exam?

For UGC NET 2018 exam candidates can prepare to themselves according to given UGC NET exam syllabus and exam pattern in sufficient way. Candidates if will prepare to themselves according to exam syllabus, get 100% success to crack the exam. Syllabus and exam pattern as given under –

UGC NET Exam Pattern

Exam Mode: UGC NET exam purely is based on offline mode. Candidates will have to give their answers on Optical Mark Reader (OMR) Sheet.

Number of Questions: In UGC NET exam total 150 questions will be asked from candidates. The exam is divided in two papers, in first paper will be 50 questions and in second paper 100 questions will be asked from candidates. All questions will compulsory to attempt.

Subjects: UGC NET Paper-I consists General Aptitude Questions and Paper-II consist questions which subject selected by candidates at the time of form filling.

Type of Questions: in UGC NET exam question papers will be objective type.

Medium of Paper: UGC NET exam paper will be conducted in two languages “Hindi” and “English”. Candidates will solve the question paper which medium they will have to mention at the time of application form filling.

Exam Duration: 1 hour for Paper I and 2 hours for Paper II will be provided candidates in UGC NET exam.

Negative Marking Scheme: There will be no negative marking in UG NET exam.

UGC NET 2018 Admit Card

For UGC NET July 2018 exam, admit card will be uploaded on Central Board of Secondary Education official website in the month of June 2018. Candidates can download UGC NET admit card 2018 from CBSE official website which is cbsenet.nic.in. UGC NET Result 2018 will announce in the month of July this year at the official website of Central Board of Secondary Education. Applicants can check their UGC NET Result by entered roll number and date of birth.
